For the adventurous who have never tried this exciting sport and the gym climber who would like to try their skills on rock, we have a one day introductory experience which focuses on maximum amount of climbing with the most amount of fun, incorporating tuition on climbing technique, cliff safety and belay techniques.
All BMAC full day participants receive a generous picnic lunch, provided by our local deli. Select one of their delicious, gourmet sandwich options when you book your trip. Altitude Deli can cater to most dietary requirements with notice, so please let us know of your needs as soon as possible.

Fitness: Rock climbing involves strength, balance, flexibility and stamina – but you don’t have to be an elite athlete to be a successful climber. We do recommend that participants have a moderate level of fitness.
Climbing: No experience necessary.
