Deep Pass Canyon Explorer

This adventure visits a canyon, cave and beautiful open gullies located within the Wollemi National Park, north west of Katoomba. The grandeur of the canyon almost defies description. Carved over millions of years by the relentless action of running water, Deep Pass canyon can be traversed without swimming, but you can expect to get your feet wet and muddy. Whilst swimming is optional, cold feet are not, but you will quickly forget the icy waters as you are lost in wonder at your surroundings. If you are up for the challenge your guide will take you through a narrow cave and squeeze you through the T-slot. Once all the action is over you’ll walk back to the car via an easy Fire Trail. You’ll love this remote corner of the Blue Mountains. This trip is suitable for people with a range of fitness levels.

All BMAC full day participants receive a generous picnic lunch, provided by our local deli. Select one of their delicious, gourmet sandwich options when you book your trip. Altitude Deli can cater to most dietary requirements with notice, so please let us know of your needs as soon as possible.
