Competition Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Blue Mountains Adventure Company of 26 Parke Street, Katoomba NSW 2780, Australia.
Agreement: By entering, you accept these Terms & Conditions. Instructions on how to enter form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Promotional Period: Opens 12:00am AEDT, 5 December 2025 and closes 11:59pm AEDT, 1 March 2026.
Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who complete the entry requirements during the Promotional Period. Employees of the Promoter and its agencies/contractors associated with this promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
How to enter (free entry): To enter, entrants must during the Promotional Period:
- subscribe to the Blue Mountains Adventure Company e-newsletter via bmac.com.au; and
- remain subscribed until the end of the Promotional Period.
No purchase is required to enter.
Entry limits: Limit of one (1) entry per person.
Verification / disqualification: The Promoter may verify eligibility (including identity and age) and may disqualify any entry not submitted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
Invalid entries: Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable, or late entries may be deemed invalid.
Prize pool: Total prizes: three (3) x gift vouchers valued at $345 AUD each. Total prize pool value: $1,035 AUD.
Draw details (game of chance): This is a game of chance and winners will be determined by random draw. The draw will take place at 26 Parke Street, Katoomba NSW on 6 March 2026 (“Prize Draw”). The first three (3) valid entries drawn will each win one prize. The Promoter may draw reserve entries in case of an invalid entry or ineligible winner.
Winner notification & publication: Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within seven (7) business days of the Prize Draw. Winners’ names will be published on https://bmac.com.au/win-a-blue-mountains-adventure by 13 March 2026.
Voucher conditions:
- Vouchers are valid for three (3) years from date of issue.
- Vouchers may be used toward any adventure booking made directly with Blue Mountains Adventure Company. If the booking cost exceeds the voucher value, the winner must pay the difference.
- Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.
- Vouchers cannot be used with other discounts or offers unless the Promoter agrees in writing.
Booking conditions / participation: Bookings are subject to availability and the Promoter’s standard booking terms and participation requirements (including safety requirements and waivers). Once a booking is confirmed, changes are at the Promoter’s discretion.
Exclusions / additional costs: The prize does not include airfares, accommodation, travel insurance, meals (unless included in the booked adventure), transfers, or any other ancillary costs. Winners are responsible for transport to and from the Promoter’s Katoomba office and/or any meeting point (unless otherwise stated for the booked trip).
Unclaimed prize draw: If a winner does not claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at the same location seven (7) days after the original draw (or as otherwise required by applicable law). The replacement winner will be contacted in the same manner.
No responsibility for entries: The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or corrupted entries.
Liability: Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy & marketing: The Promoter collects personal information to administer the promotion and may use it for promotional and marketing purposes (including electronic messages), in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy practices. Entrants can request access/correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter. Entries become the property of the Promoter.
